Dusty and misshaped and paint came off whilst cleaning

I sent an email about this but havent received a response. The backgammon pieces came dusty, old, marked, chipped, and oddly shaped. The only positive is that they sent two sets, but I only have one backgammon so I dont need the additional pieces. I actually want a refund but I cleaned them all now. The paint came off from three pieces when I wiped the really bad ones with water wet paper towels.
